"SBN Journey – From Friendship to a Movement Sometimes, a casual conversation with a friend can ignite a powerful idea. One such moment happened with my old friend Mr. Atul Kumar, the owner of Bombay Gym. While chatting with him during a workout, I shared about my new venture Lalit Tata Motors, and to my surprise, he was unaware of it. In return, he shared his new business plans involving CEAT Tyres, batteries, and lubricants business which I had no clue about either. That moment made us both realize how unaware even close friends can be about each other’s professional journeys. It was Atul who first suggested — “Why not create a professional group where entrepreneurs of the town can come together and talk about their businesses?” That spark led to the first meeting at his residence, attended by five like-minded individuals — Atul Kumar-Bombay Gym, Punit Gupta-Arya Construction, Ashish Maheshwary- Radha Govind Garment, Gaurav- Nayansukh, and myself, Dr Vikash Kumar Singh- CPS, Group. That day, a powerful idea was born. And thus began the caravan of SBN – Saran Business Network. Since then, SBN has not just connected entrepreneurs; it has created a platform for collaboration, trust-building, and business growth. For me personally, it has been a transformational journey of mutual learning, friendship, and opportunity. Let’s grow together, let’s rise together!
